Since 1989, the dedication, passion and love for the craft distinguish us and help us bring out every day the highest quality products. We carefully select natural, genuine and simple ingredients. The choice to use our hands to shape our products, allows us to maintain the organoleptic properties of the ingredients, enhancing the taste and craftsmanship for a fine palate, demanding and caring for the balance of the senses.
The customization of the packages and the goal that we set to export our creations abroad with the brand of Made in Italy, make us an ambitious company. In the year 2000, we realized an entirely new venue to host a more appropriate laboratory for the growing demands. The new lab gave us straight away the opportunity to increase the variety of products, bringing our specialties to even the most demanding and far away customers.
In 2016 we obtained the BIO certification by creating a new line of products.
This is the story of “Dal Forner”, a story that is repeated every morning from 1989: a furnace that turns on, a magic that expands, that smells of bread and cakes, corn and butter, passion for quality and love for good and genuine things.
